We are looking for an empathetic, proactive Customer Executive to onboard clients, drive product adoption, and support businesses using Vrishab Customer self-service portal, Vrish-HR (HRMS), and our POS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new business clients to Vrishab Customer app and portal.
  • Resolve client support requests and follow up on service ticket SLAs.
  • Conduct live system walkthroughs and training sessions for administrators.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Promote best-practice adoption of Vrish-HR modules and billing setups.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional languages).
  • Prior experience in SaaS customer success, tech support, or client onboarding.
  • Ability to explain complex software features in simple, user-friendly terms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, helpdesks, and customer portal software.
  • A client-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Join us as a Business Executive to drive revenue growth for Vrishab SaaS products. You will pitch our flagship sales force automation (VSFA CRM), ERP, Retail POS, and billing platforms to retail networks, manufacturers, and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and manage the full sales pipeline.
  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations for VSFA CRM, ERP, and Retail POS.
  • Negotiate agreements, onboard sales partners, and close subscription contracts.
  • Build long-term relationships with regional business distributors and clients.
  • Coordinate with implementation engineers to ensure smooth post-sales setup.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales background in B2B SaaS, IT solutions, or corporate software sales.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain, sales force tracking, and ERP workflows.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel for field client meetings across business hubs.
